“The condominium units are not owned, developed or sold by Hard Rock Cafe International (USA) Inc., or Hard Rock Hotels Licensing, Inc. or any of their affiliates. The owner of the hotel uses the Hard Rock trademarks under a management agreement, which management agreement may be terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.”
